Monongahela Valley Hospital receives donation from Ringgold Lady Rams

The Ringgold High School girls soccer team donated $1,251 to Monongahela Valley Hospital's Charles L. and Rose Sweeney Melenyzer Pavilion and Regional Cancer Center from the team's second Annual Pink Out fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness month. Some senior Lady Rams recently met with hospital staff to present the check. Sitting is Kathy Cameron of New Eagle, wife of Head Coach Tom Cameron. Mrs. Cameron, a breast cancer survivor treated at MVH, spearheaded the committee that organized the fundraiser. She said her goal this year was to raise $1,000, after raising $900 last year for the Regional Cancer Center.
