Position: Unit Clerk (Full Time)

Position: Certified Medical Assistant (Full Time) - MVPSI
Description: Mon-Vale Professional Services, Inc. (MVPSI), a subsidiary for Mon-Vale Health Resources, Inc. Position: Medical Dosimetrist (Full Time)
Description: Dosimetrist is responsible for determining treatment dimensions by means of computer and or manual computation with the training and expertise necessary to deliver a prescribed radiation dose and field placement technique under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist and Medical Physicist. The Dosimetrist must also perform and participate in the simulation dose computation, isodose plans, and other aspects of treatment planning for patients receiving external beam radiation therapy. Assists with treatment simulation when indicated for treatment planning. Our Cancer Center houses Elekta Agility Linear Accelerator with SRS and SBRT capabilities. Monaco, MIM and XIO planning systems with Mosaiq information system are used at the center and throughout the network for treatment planning and as information and image management systems. It is expected of the candidate to be proficient in the above systems and in 3D, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS (cone and non-cone based) planning. Minimum Education requirement -Graduate from college /university or ARRT certified Radiation Therapists; CMD-Certified Medical Dosimetrist. Preferred three years experience.

Position: Strategic Application Specialist Full-Time
Description: MVH is looking for a full-time Strategic Application Specialist. The successful candidate will have four or more years of Information Technology experience preferably in the Healthcare field. SQL Query Writing is essential. Web application and web site development is preferred. Experience with general end user application support is preferred. Position: Staff Accountant - Full Time
Description: Corporate Accounting is looking for a full time Staff Accountant who will be responsible for all aspects of financial accounting as it relates to the subsidiaries of the Health System. Duties will include various account reconciliation of all subsidiaries; preparing accurate and timely financial statements; journal entry; biweekly payroll processing; providing assistance to the Director of Corporate Accounting, and other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; at least 2 years of accounting and payroll experience. Must be proficient with MS Excel, Word, and using PAYCHEX. Position: Social Worker Case Manager – Full Time
Description: MVH is looking for a full-time Social Worker Case Manager to function as part of the Interdisciplinary Medical Care Team with primary responsibility for case management, discharge planning and the transition of care. To assess the impact of illness on the psychosocial needs of patients and their families and to plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate options and services to meet the patients’ needs through communication and available resources while promoting quality, cost-effective outcomes. This position requires a dedicated individual who demonstrates a systems approach to patient care, education, quality, and management. The Clinical Dietitian will translate patient care and education into actions that produce high quality, cost-effective outcomes that address objectives of MVH. Position: Quality Specialist (Full time) MVPSI
Description: MonVale Professional Services, Inc.(MVPSI), a subsidiary of MonVale Health Resources, Inc., has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Specialist (QS). The QS will act as a liaison between Managed Care Organizations and physician practices to support the achievement of superior patient satisfaction scores and cost containment while eliminating patient gaps in care. The QS will support physician practices in the achievement of evidence based quality initiatives by analyzing and simplifying Managed Care Organization’s quality and utilization reports and by educating practice providers and staff in all aspects of provider quality programs. The QS will have daily interaction with multiple physician practice offices and must be quick to establish a professional rapport while building a relationship of trust. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent along with Associates Degree or certification in related medical course required. Established “hands on” clinical experience in a medical practice or health plan is required. Position: Director of Environmental Services (Full time) Residence at Hilltop
Description: Description: Residence at Hilltop has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Environmental Services (DES). The DES supervises the maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry functions of the facility. The DES ensures compliance with OSHA standards , local fire codes, and other safety regulations. The DES directs all independent vendors who provide services related to landscaping, building renovations, HVAC repairs and inspections, elevator repairs and inspections, etc. The DES will develop and manage departmental budgets and has an active role in the purchasing responsibilities for the facility. Qualifications: High school graduate (or equivalent) required. Four or more years of maintenance experience in a supervisory role required, preferably in a health care organization. Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L)
Description: Valley Outpatient Rehab (VOR) is seeking both part-time and casual COTA/L for our skilled care location in Monongahela, Pennsylvania. This COTA/L will work under the supervision of our staff OTR/L implementing and providing treatment programs for our largely geriatric population. Summary of Position: • Provide treatment programs under the supervision of OTR/L - assist in identifying and modifying goals, determining treatment priorities and progression, implementing and providing treatments programs, participating in patient care conferences and providing family education and training. • Coordinate patient care with other skilled nursing and rehab staff in addition to families/caregivers. • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient performance and progression via therapeutic documentation as well as progress reports to physicians and insurance carriers. • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be available to work flexible hours Monday through Saturday, primarily daylight hours. Minimum Requirements: Associates Degree with PA licensure or license eligible.
