Description: Monongahela Valley Hospital is looking for a full time CRNP. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a psychiatrist, and will provide clinical support in the behavioral health unit and with the inpatient population. This role will be responsible for counseling and transition of patients to the post-acute environment.

Position: Unit Clerk (Full Time)
Description: MVH is looking for a unit clerk to perform clerical, receptionist, and communication duties in the Nursing Unit. The unit clerk will function as a liaison for Nursing and interdepartmental communications; prepare requisitions for laboratory, x-ray tests, and procedures; enters temperatures, blood pressure, and other data. Experience with computers, and other office equipment necessary. Unit Clerk Certification and/or Unit Clerk experience preferred.

Position: Certified Medical Assistant (Full Time) - MVPSI

Position: Medical Dosimetrist (Full Time)
Description: Dosimetrist is responsible for determining treatment dimensions by means of computer and or manual computation with the training and expertise necessary to deliver a prescribed radiation dose and field placement technique under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist and Medical Physicist. The Dosimetrist must also perform and participate in the simulation dose computation, isodose plans, and other aspects of treatment planning for patients receiving external beam radiation therapy. Assists with treatment simulation when indicated for treatment planning. Our Cancer Center houses Elekta Agility Linear Accelerator with SRS and SBRT capabilities. Monaco, MIM and XIO planning systems with Mosaiq information system are used at the center and throughout the network for treatment planning and as information and image management systems. It is expected of the candidate to be proficient in the above systems and in 3D, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS (cone and non-cone based) planning. Minimum Education requirement -Graduate from college /university or ARRT certified Radiation Therapists; CMD-Certified Medical Dosimetrist. Preferred three years experience.

Position: Executive Director, Physician Practice Operations (Full Time)
Description: The Executive Director will be the key person responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the day-to-day clinical and service operations management of the 18 physician offices and with work with growing staff of over 25 doctors and over 200 employees. The Executive Director of Practice Operations will be responsible for: Development and implementation of the practice philosophy, mission, role, goals, and objectives Administrative oversight and implementation of the operating policies related to the financial management of the practices Strategic direction of all provider recruitment activities, compensation planning, and quality bonus programs Human resources responsibilities including the optimum planning, staffing, organizing of the practices Administrative and practice team leadership in the achievement of all payor and governmental quality; cost and patient satisfaction benchmarks; and initiatives, including shared savings programs, quality bonus programs, and accountable care organizations. Requirements for the position include: A minimum of 5 - 7 years of medical and/or surgical practice management experience; an undergraduate degree in business and/or health services administration, Master’s degree preferred; MGMA Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) preferred.

Position: Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (MVPSI)
Description: The CRNP will provide clinical coverage for a primary care office located within the Monongahela Valley region. The successful candidate will present qualifications/experience that includes: Five years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a community setting; Master’s Degree in Nursing; Current RN/APN licenses from the Commonwealth of PA; Current national board certification; and Sound knowledge of electronic health record required.

Position: CCN Registered Nurse (Part-Time TEMPORARY)
Description: Monongahela Valley Hospital is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to assign and provide guidance for Health Coaches, supervises scheduling for patients and community interventions, ensure accuracy of patient coordination, create and maintain schedules for clinicians, work with CCN team members to effectively coordinate community resources and to support the community by participating in community events to support the patients in the CCN. The RN will ensure continuity and coordination of care across transitions, including hospital/community facility to home; will identify barriers and facilitate optimal care delivery, including addressing gaps, medical, pharmaceutical, and social needs; and will develop a comprehensive care plan to address those needs that include prevention, patient self-management, access to community resources and education about their chronic disease condition. Provide follow-up when transitions occur, including home visits for applicable patients, and ensure a smooth transition from hospital/community facility to home 24/7 coverage. REQUIRED: Valid PA RN licensure; BSN Graduate of an NLN Approved School of Nursing, preferred.

Position: Staff Accountant
Description: MVH is looking for a full time staff accountant to join our team. The person will report to our Director of Finance/Accounting, and help to develop, direct, and execute all general ledger accounting operations and related reporting activities to assure availability of timely and accurate accounting reports for the Hospital. EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Knowledge of personal computer applications, and two (2) to three (3) years of accounting experience preferred.

Position: Office Manager (FT) at Center for Children's Rehabilitation
Description: Center for Children’s Rehabilitation is looking for a full-time Office Manager who will be responsible for medical reporting; preparing case histories; and performing a variety of other office duties.
